Theres a saying in trading, "Dont chase the trade, let the trade come to you". It means, when all the indicators are in place in the market, thats the time to execute a trade. Not when you want to do the trade.

Are you in trading to make money or to play around? Trading is a business, not a toy! The same can be said for online lead generation marketing. Your most qualified lead will come to you. Through the filters you put in place out in the market. Theres no point in chasing a lead. Theyll just turn and run the other way. Or, simply ignore you.

Be the marketer you know you can be. Standing in your truth allows people to come to you. This is true of life as much as marketing. After all, youre not in desperation here. Or, Are You?

So, how do you allow a lead to come to you, instead of chasing them all around the country side just to get their email address?

  • write effective ads which capture your prospects attention, qualify them to your business by engagingly specifying what it is that your business is about, and finally drawing a click from them to your signup landing page.

  • test your ad content by one detail at a time. So you may increase the conversion rate of your prospects clicking on the link to go to your landing page.

  • write effective website content which leads your prospects to filling in their name and email address so they may recieve whatever quality information youve got to give them. This may include: a free ebook, a free report, an ecourse, a software download, an audio presentation, or some quality resources. Anything which engages the prospects attention enough that they are willing to share their private email address with you.

  • test your website content until it perfectly leads your prospects to signup on your landing page. Once again, one detail at a time.

  • finally; respectfully utlising your prospects email address to share information on your business opportunity. Remember, you are speaking with another full blooded human being at the other end of the email address. Speak to them as if you are speaking and sharing your business with a friend.

In other words, "dont chase the lead, let the lead come to you".

When your filters are working effectively in the market. Your prospect will beat down your door to find out about your opportunity. Not the other way round.
